Yo tell the truth, I'm really keen on this TED talk! It just inspires me to try something new to form a good habit or expand my skill set.
It just rings a bell for me that I always wanna shape my body and have a healthier body, but with months flying by, I did nothing, which really sucks.
And what's more, my life is just stuck in a rut, everyday maybe just be a desk-dwelling (in other words, I indeed learned how to do experiments from scratch, but it's not enough).
After watching this Ted, T made my mind to try something new! What are you waiting for? Just do it!
